Official Statement: Tamara Ramos

1.The Royal Spanish Football Federation regrets and denounces the extremely serious and FALSE accusations made by Tamara Ramos, former colleague of President Luis Rubiales when he was leading the AFE union. Furthermore, immediate legal actions have been taken as it is understood that such significant and defamatory claims cannot be tolerated, aiming only to damage the image of Luis Rubiales by taking advantage of the current media trend.

2. It is pertinent to inform that Ms. Ramos has also maintained personal contact with President Luis Rubiales throughout this time and has even sent him family pictures, wished him happy birthdays, and recently requested a job position within the Federation.

3. We completely condemn the aforementioned statements, which we consider inadmissible, and at the same time announce the filing of appropriate legal actions against Ms. Ramos.
