The Royal Spanish Football Federation is committed to the deep respect for the fundamental right to data protection, according to the applicable legislation.
The very use of this website does not entail the processing of personal data, without prejudice to what is indicated in the cookie policy.

Nevertheless, if you provided personal information, we inform you of the following points, according to what is established by article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/CE: General Data Protection Regulation (OJEU, L 119, 4 May 2016), and article 11 of the Organic Law 3/2018, 5 December, on data protection and the personal guarantee to digital rights (BOE, 6 December 2018):

PERSONAL DATA WE WILL MANAGE

Considering your relationship with the Royal Spanish Football Federation, we will be able to manage the different categories of personal data::

1. Identifying data, such as name and surnames, ID Number/Passport/NIE.

2. Contact information: residence, phone number, address (both postal and email), etc.

3. Information regarding personal characteristics, such as marital status, sex, date and place of birth, age, nationality or profession.

4. Special categories of information when strictly necessary, such as data related to health.

5. Information on the navigation on the RFEF website.

PURPOSE FOR WHICH YOUR DATA IS PROCESSED

The compilation of personal information can be aimed at managing the requests of media accreditations, tickets for courses and matches, filling out and processing forms in general as well as to send communications about activities, products or services provided by the RFEF.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Personal data might be transferred to a third country or to an international organization in the event that it is necessary for the primary purpose. In any case, the fulfillment of the orders of the General Data Protection Regulation and of the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights is ensured.

LEGAL BASIS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF YOUR DATA

According to the data that is managed, the way in which it has been obtained or collected and the purpose of the management, the legal basis for the management of your data might be its consent, the execution of a contract, the fulfillment of a legal obligation, the fulfillment of a task with a public interest, the exercising of public authorities or the legitimate interest of the Royal Spanish Football Federation or third parties.

RIGHT TO WITHHOLD YOUR CONSENT

When the processing of personal data is based upon your consent, it can be withheld at any moment.

THE ADDRESSEES TO WHOM THE DATA WILL BE COMMUNICATED

The Royal Spanish Football Federation will not communicate its data to third parties, unless it proves indispensable for the purpose of the management or is previously required judicially or requested by the Ministerio Fiscal or by the public administration exercising its authority.

PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OF YOUR DATA

Your data will be kept during the indispensable time considering the aim for which it was provided or collected, without prejudice to, in that case, the exercise of the right to eliminate it.

In relation to the necessary management for the delivery of information, we will keep your data in the system as long as you do not ask for its elimination.

DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

You could execute the following rights:

Access, rectification, elimination, opposition, data portability, right not to be the object of a decision made based on the automatic management of the data, limitation in the management of data.
