The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) will launch a series of initiatives framed in the policies of Equality, Social Responsibility and Sustainability around the holding of the Spanish Super Cup in Saudi Arabia, all of these events fall under the campaign umbrella "Football is the way. #Football is coming”.

Thus, from next week, several courses will be held with female coaches from this country, which will take place in Jeddah and also in Riyadh and which will be attended by, among other coaches and speakers, the national coach, Montse Tomé. Also joining this initiative, which aims to promote women's football in this country, will be sportswomen such as Thais Henríquez, who will give motivational talks.

At the same time, there will be meetings with the Saudi women's senior national team (created in 2021), with the aim of highlighting and helping the progress being made in this sport, which currently has more than 50 federated clubs, 4 regional training centres and more than 1100 registered players.

With a view to the second semi-final of the Spanish Super Cup, scheduled for 11 January, the Federation will create an Executive Box 0 to highlight the strength of women's football and its great importance. This will all be during the second semi-final of the Super Cup, women who represent women's football in Saudi Arabia today will be the protagonists, including club coaches and players.

It will offer talks by prominent women in sport, such as Thais Henríquez.

Along with these initiatives, the Directorate for Equality and Sustainability has considered it essential to continue making the matches organised by the Federation inclusive, which is why it will also count on the narration service for visually impaired people to these three matches. In this way, through the RFEF Narration for the visually impaired application, all those who wish to do so will be able to follow the matches in a descriptive way.
