Eleven of their potential opponents are already known to the Under-21 team

The European Under-21 Championship, which will be held in Georgia and Romania in June 2023, is taking shape.

The national teams of Belgium, France, England, Italy, Norway, the Netherlands, Portugal, Georgia, Romania (both serving as hosts), Spain, and the current champion, Germany, have qualified for the European Championship's final round.

On June 21, there will be a playoff draw, and on October 18, the final round will take place.


Furthermore, Switzerland achieved this by placing second in the group, which included twelve of the sixteen teams who will participate in the final round in June and July 2023.

There are still four spots available in the pots of the draw on October 18 in Bucharest. Denmark, Slovakia, Iceland, Israel, the Republic of Ireland, the Czech Republic, and Ukraine will compete for these places. The playoff matches will take place from September 19 to September 27.
