After almost five flight hours, the Spanish national team has arrived in Jordan, the first stop of this adventure full of illusions. The whole team has landed at 22.16 local time (two hours more than in the Iberian Peninsula) after flying 3,645 kilometres, and has headed to the hotel in Amman where they will stay for the next few days. It is time to rest because on Wednesday, they will work at the international stadium in the Jordanian capital, the venue for the friendly match against Jordan next Thursday.

The flight was uneventful and there was good humour and laughter among the 26 players and the rest of the delegation. They all have the same wish to fight for something big at the World Cup in Qatar. The commitment and sense of responsibility is enormous.

The Spanish national team will train this Wednesday at 7.00 p. m. (local time) and before that, at 6.15 p. m, Rodrigo Hernández and Luis Enrique Martínez will speak to the media. The national team will only practice before travelling to Doha by playing a friendly match against Jordan. It will take place on Thursday at 7.00 p. m.
