The Spanish National Team flies to Jordan with more than 47 million hearts on board

The Spanish national team will play a preparation match for the World Cup in Amman on Thursday.

A few minutes later on Tuesday 15 November, the Iberia plane taking the official Spanish delegation to the XXII FIFA World Cup took off from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport bound for Amman.

The 26 called-up players and the technical staff are already on their way to Aragon, where they are scheduled to land at around 18:50 (Spanish peninsular time).

Beforehand, the employees of the Spanish Football Federation gave a round of applause to the whole team. They also took a photograph together on the tarmac of Madrid airport.

The Spanish national team will play their last friendly match against Jordan this Thursday at 17:00 before flying to Doha, where the internationals will have the stage for the World Cup.
