Luis Enrique Martínez, the national coach will announce the list of call-up players for the World Cup in Qatar in just a week. It will be next Friday 11 November at 12.30pm in Luis Aragones Hall at Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas.

The Asturian coach has the possibility of calling up to 26 players to face the international event of football. Costa Rica, Germany and Japan are already pre-defined opponents of the Spanish national team for the group stage. Among these three opponents, Japan and Costa Rica have already announced their called-up list, while Germany, like Spain, will wait until Friday 11 November to reveal their final list.

In just two weeks, the whole Spanish team will land in Qatar. It will be in the early hours of 18 November and after facing the Jordanian national team in a friendly international match in Amman. From then on, the Spanish team will be cloistered at the University of Qatar, which will be the Spanish national team's headquarters during the tournament.
