Clone of Spain Switch into World Cup Mode with FIFA’s Official Media Day
All 26 players in the Spanish squad, together with head coach Luis de la Fuente, took centre stage on Tuesday evening in Chattanooga as the national team welcomed FIFA’s official media crew to the team hotel.
Several areas of the hotel were transformed into dedicated production spaces for a series of media activities organised by FIFA ahead of the start of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Throughout the afternoon and evening, the players took part in a range of official shoots and content sessions that form part of the tournament’s global coverage.
Each member of the squad posed for the official tournament photographs wearing both Spain’s home and away kits in a specially designed set created for the occasion. The players also recorded a variety of video elements for use throughout the competition, including goal celebrations, stadium scoreboard features and other broadcast and digital content.
With the official FIFA media sessions now complete, Spain take another step towards their World Cup debut, as anticipation continues to build ahead of the start of the tournament.
