24 hours with Lamine Yamal: the routine of the extraordinary
Lamine the star once again shone brightly for the national team on a momentous night for football. Against France in the UEFA Nations League semi-final, the Spanish forward was chosen as MOTM thanks to his electric performance throughout the ninety minutes and a brace that helped Spain to seal the victory (5-4).
He played the starring role we’ve become used to at just 17 years of age. And indeed, number ‘19’ keeps collecting milestones with the national side: youngest player to make his debut, youngest to provide an assist and the youngest to score, the youngest to play in a European Championships… as well as winning the Laureus Award for ‘Breakthrough of the Year’ and the Golden Boy in 2024.
His secret? Overwhelming confidence and feeling a tremendous sense of ease within himself both on and off the pitch.
And to prove it: THIS IS HOW HIS MATCHDAY AGAINST THE FRENCH SIDE LOOKED!
