With the new football season now underway, the reigning European champions have reconvened in Las Rozas. The internationals, arriving from their respective clubs with the enthusiasm that comes with a fresh challenge, are now under the guidance of the national coach and his staff as preparations begin for the World Cup qualifying fixtures against Bulgaria and Turkey.

Pedro Porro will join the squad later this evening after attending a family commitment.

The national team will hold its first training session this afternoon at 19:00, with both upcoming fixtures firmly in focus. The session, which will be open to the public, offers the perfect opportunity to unite players and supporters as Spain embarks on the road to the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Admission will begin at 18:00 and will remain open until full capacity is reached.

On Tuesday, the squad will travel to Bulgaria, where Spain will play the host nation for the first time, on Thursday 4 September at 20:45 at the Vasil Levski National Stadium. The following day, the team will head to Turkey for their second qualifier, scheduled for Sunday 7 September at 20:45 at the Büyükşehir Stadium in Konya.
