Final Session Before Travelling to Barcelona

The Spain national football team completed their final training session before travelling to Barcelona this afternoon for the last fixture of the current international camp, set to be played against Egypt tomorrow, 31 March, at 21:00. As is customary, the opening fifteen minutes of the session were made available to the media via the official Royal Spanish Football Federation channels.

Following the warm-up and rondos, Luis de la Fuente’s side continued fine-tuning preparations for the clash with Egypt. Spain will bring the March international window to a close with a demanding test, already with one eye on next summer’s World Cup. Training began shortly before 11:00 on Pitch D at the Ciudad del Fútbol de Las Rozas and concluded just after 12:15.

The only absentee from the session was Martín Zubimendi, who left the camp on Sunday due to discomfort in his right knee.

The national team’s schedule this afternoon includes travel to Barcelona and the official pre-match press conference, where Luis de la Fuente and Marc Cucurella will address the media from the RCDE Stadium from 20:15 onwards.
