Behind closed doors on a cool, damp October morning in Las Rozas, the internationals called up by Sonia Bermúdez took to the pitch at Field A of the Ciudad del Fútbol to continue the intense preparation for the UEFA Women’s Nations League semifinals against Sweden. The work had already started yesterday, the same day they arrived, with the support of their fans.

With the double clash against Sweden in mind, the coach led a closed training session focused on technical, tactical, and physical work, both with and without the ball. Concentration, motivation, and a great atmosphere were the highlights among the players, who approached every exercise seriously, paying close attention to Sonia Bermúdez and her coaching staff. Competitiveness in every challenge and maximum effort in every execution—the hallmarks of La Roja and its internationals—were evident from start to finish.

The team will train again tomorrow, behind closed doors, continuing the detailed preparation for the Nations League semifinals. The two-legged semis kick off with the first leg on Friday, October 24, at 8:00 PM in Málaga, followed by the second leg on Tuesday, October 28, at 7:00 PM in Gothenburg.
