Two finals in less than four months — that’s what Spain could achieve tonight if they overcome Sweden in the second leg of the UEFA Women’s Nations League semi-finals.

Sonia Bermúdez’s side arrive in Gothenburg with a 4–0 advantage from the first leg at La Rosaleda, facing a unique and historic opportunity. A victory would send Spain to their second consecutive final in a competition where they were crowned champions in the inaugural edition — and are now defending their title.

Check the squad numbers and the official match dossier for the return leg.

To book their ticket to the grand final, which will be played over two legs on 28 November and 2 December, Spain must once again get past Sweden in this evening’s clash (19:00 CET, La 1 – TVE). Head coach Sonia Bermúdez reminded in the pre-match press conference that the team must not be complacent despite the first-leg result:

“We want to win the match and reach the final. This team is ambitious and wants to win everything.”

Ivana Martinčić will referee the Sweden–Spain fixture.

Ranked third in the world, the Swedish side will be a tough opponent, demonstrating the “intensity and resilience” highlighted by Laia Aleixandri during her media appearance. According to the FC Barcelona defender, the key lies in “team unity and the feeling within the group.” With that positive energy, the Spanish players will step onto the pitch knowing the magnitude of the opportunity before them: to reach another final — their second in just four months, following their appearance in the EURO final in Switzerland.
