Following its impressive victory over Portugal in the Round of 16, the Spanish National Team returned to training at the Cotton Bowl Stadium in Dallas.

The squad trained under intense heat, with temperatures reaching 37°C (98.6°F) at the start of the session, as preparations began for Friday's quarter-final clash against Belgium.

The players who logged the most minutes in yesterday's match completed a recovery session, following an individualised programme designed to aid regeneration. Meanwhile, the remainder of the squad worked on various tactical and technical exercises before finishing with a series of small-sided games.

Spain will leave Dallas later today and travel back to Los Angeles, where the team will continue its preparations ahead of the quarter-final tie.
