The National Team has arrived in Antalya.
Spain’s latest fixture on the calendar has taken them to Turkey — more specifically to Antalya, known as the Turquoise Coast for the striking colour of its waters. The city welcomed the national team with pleasant temperatures roughly five hours after their flight departed from Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport at 11:00 in the morning.
The delegation, headed by Rafael Louzán, landed shortly after 17:30 local time (15:30 Spanish mainland time). On the runway, the team was welcomed by Spain’s ambassador to Turkey, Cristina Latorre. After presenting a large bouquet of flowers to Alexia Putellas, the entire squad gathered for the official photo before heading to their team hotel in the Turkish coastal city.
Spain will face Ukraine tomorrow, Saturday, at 18:00 (20:00 local time in Turkey) at the Mardan Antalyaspor Stadium in the Matchday 2 fixture of Group A3 in the qualification campaign for the 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup
