The World Cup Trophy to Begin Its Tour of Spain in Málaga
The Kings of the World exhibition, offering visitors an immersive experience of the 2026 World Cup, will be open in the Andalusian city on 20 and 21 September at Málaga City Hall. The World Cup trophy will remain in Málaga for an additional day, with fans able to see it at Centre Pompidou Málaga on 22 September.
The World Cup trophy is embarking on a journey that will take it to every corner of Spain, sharing the success of the previous World Cup with Spain fans. The trophy will feature in an immersive exhibition entitled Kings of the World, which will make its first stop in Andalusia.
The Patio de Banderas at Málaga City Hall will host the exhibition on 20 and 21 September, giving fans the opportunity to see the World Cup trophy at the heart of the display. ** Kings of the World ** will also offer Spain supporters the chance to relive the 2026 World Cup through an immersive experience packed with surprises, as well as the opportunity to see up close the trophy won by Spain as world champions in the United States.
Fans wishing to visit the exhibition must obtain their tickets through the official Royal Spanish Football Federation ticketing portal. Free passes will be available for morning and afternoon sessions.

The exhibition opening hours are as follows: 20 September from 2:00pm to 8:00pm, and 21 September from 9:00am to 2:00pm and from 3:00pm to 8:00pm at Málaga City Hall.
The World Cup trophy will be on display at Centre Pompidou Málaga on 22 September from 10:00am to 9:00pm. No invitation is required and admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Official Opening Ceremony
This Sunday, 20 September, from 11:30am, the RFEF will hold the official opening ceremony for the Kings of the World exhibition. The event will be attended by Royal Spanish Football Federation president Rafael Louzán, Royal Andalusian Football Federation president Pedro Curtido, and Málaga mayor Francisco de la Torre. The ceremony will take place in the Hall of Mirrors at Málaga City Hall.
