A picture of hope

On the eve of the opening match of Euro 2024 and two days before spain’s first match against Croatia in Berlin, Spain already has its official team photograph for the major continental tournament. 

On Thursday morning, the German town of Donaueschingen, which is where Spain have their base camp for the tournament, witnessed the squad, coaching staff, and the entire national team delegation posing for their official team photo.

Leading the group, the president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, Pedro Rocha, took the central position in the photo while chatting amicably with coach Luis de la Fuente and the 26-player squad for the European Championships.

Spain will hold their final training session this Friday at the SV Aasen facilities before departing that same day for the German capital and in the build up to their continental opener against Croatia at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin.
