Prime Video has unveiled the official trailer and poster for ‘A Team Called Spain’, the upcoming sports docuseries depicting the journey of the Spanish national team players during Euro 2024, which culminated with the Spanish team becoming the first team in history to win four European Championships after defeating England at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin. The docuseries will be available exclusively on Prime Video in over 200 countries from 29 November as part of the Prime subscription.

On 14 July, at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin, Spain finished off writing a wonderful story that began a month earlier on the same stage. The national team, an example in everything, lifted the fourth European Championship in its history and much of the success was forged around the word team, fundamental to understanding everything that happened in Germany. From the start of the training camp to the epic epilogue in Berlin, 45 days of living together are summarised in this marvellous project.

It is a four part docuseries with the testimony of the stars and unpublished images from places that have never been accessed before. Conversations in rooms, secrets from a physio table or the tension in the dressing room before a big match, A team called Spain shows the frenetic pace of the competition and the camaraderie between footballers with very different personalities. The leadership of stars like Carvajal and Rodrigo, the freshness and jokes of youngsters like Lamine Yamal and Nico Williams or the suffering and dedication of a veteran like Jesús Navas bring us closer than ever to the most intimate part of a team as different as it is united.

The audience will have unprecedented and unique access to all the epic moments that took place during the tournament and they will experience with amazement Lamine Yamal's ability to fall asleep before a semi-final, they will suffer with Pedri's tears in the dressing room during the match against Germany and they will discover how Dani Olmo's save and Mikel Oyarzabal's decisive goal in the final did not come about by chance.

The docuseries on the Euro 2024 victory is produced by the RFEF in collaboration with TBS. It will be the sixth documentary produced by the RFEF after El sabio del éxito, La Quinta de la quinta, La fuerza del grupo, 10 años de la primera estrella and La Copa de todos, which also can be enjoyed on Prime Video.
