A warm welcome in the capital city of Costa del Sol

Just before one o'clock in the afternoon (Spanish peninsular time) on Friday 24th March, the Iberia plane where the national team travels has landed at Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport after an hour flight from Madrid

Following the confirmed absence of Bryan Gil, the 25 called-up players and the technical staff are already in Malaga, where they have been welcomed by hundreds of fans that came to the stage hotel of the Spanish National Team.

At 19:00 on Friday, Luis de la Fuente will lead the final training session at La Rosaleda stadium before the match. It will be preceded by a press conference with the national coach and Luis de la Fuente at the Malaga stadium.

Spain will play against Norway this Saturday at 20.45 in their first qualifying match for next year's European Championship in Germany.
