Following medical tests carried out in Denmark, it has been determined that Aitana Bonmati has suffered an injury to the adductor muscle in her right leg, which will rule her out of next Tuesday's match in Tenerife.
The national team player has been suffering from discomfort since arriving at the camp and it was decided yesterday that she would not play any part in the match between Denmark and Spain in Vejle.
The Royal Spanish Football Federation medical team in conjunction with her club, FC Barcelona, decided that it would be best for the player to return to her club's in order to continue with her recovery.
In her place, FC Barcelona's Bruna Vilamala will join the team's training camp in Tenerife today.
