Aitana Bonmatí voted best player in the Final Four

The midfielder was named as the best player in the final and the final four of the UEFA Women's Nations League.

The Spain midfielder, who started the UWNL final between Spain and France, won the double individual award after scoring the first goal against France and putting in an outstanding performance in the final following her goalscoring contribution in the semi-final against the Dutch. Aitana's boots were also what opened the door in the build up to Spain's second goal, scored by Mariona.

The Catalan player finishes the Nations League having played in all eight matches, seven as a starter, and having scored a total of four goals: two against Switzerland, one against the Netherlands in the semi-final and another against France in the final.
