All RFEF competitions will remember the victims of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria with a minute of silence.
This act of homage will take place this Thursday afternoon during the first matchday of the Copa de España in Granada.
The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has decided this Thursday that the matches of all competitions to be held this weekend, under its organization, will start with a minute of silence in memory and tribute to the victims of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria.
The latest data indicate that the earthquake, which occurred last Monday, has already left more than 15,000 dead, in addition to numerous people (around 300,000) displaced from their homes.
The remembrance through this minute of silence will begin this Thursday afternoon during the development of the first day of the Copa de España in Granada, and will be extended to all meetings of the federative field, including the Spanish Championships of male U-14 and U-16 Autonomous Selections, which begin this Friday in the province of Cadiz.
