Ansu Fati replaces Nico Williams in Luis de la Fuente's call-up for the Nations League
Luis de la Fuente has called up Ansu Fati to replace the injured Nico Williams for the training camp that starts this Friday, June 9 at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas to prepare for the final phase of the Nations League.
Thus, the FC Barcelona player replaces the Athletic Club player in the 23-man squad that will travel to the Netherlands on Tuesday, June 13 to face Italy in the semifinals in Enschede. So far, Ansu Fati is a seven time international and has two goals with the National team.
Spain will face Italy in the semifinals of the UEFA Nations League next Thursday 15 in the Dutch town of Enschede (8:45 pm). The other duel pits the Netherlands against Croatia in Rotterdam the day before.
