Athenea del Castillo: "We encourage fans to rise up and get excited about this National Team."

The international footballer believes in Spain's possibilities this Friday against the Netherlands: "We must offer the best version of ourselves."

Netherlands: "It's a team that crowds the midfield. We will play our game and from there try to counter their verticality to showcase our best version."

Streak: "The team played a really good match against Switzerland. I don't think we need to curb the excitement, but rather keep working to achieve victory and reach the semifinals, which is what we all want."

Habits: "I have many quirks, but none are special. I've never experienced something like this before, and I think I might be a bit more nervous, but I'll stick to my routines."

Significance: "We've made history, and we want to keep making it. Fans have to rise up and get excited just like we are."

Condition: "My ankle is already at a hundred percent. It doesn't change anything for me to start, because what I want is to contribute my bit. When I come off the bench, I can bring my spark, for example."

Emotions: "We work with a psychologist here and also on an individual level. We need to stay calm, keep our feet on the ground, and listen to our teammates' advice."

Style: "Spain always plays the same way regardless of the opponent. We have 23 players, and we need to counter the speed they have up top. The team is working on it, and we want to showcase our strengths."

Alternatives: "We have many wingers on this team with different skills. That will make each of us better, having that healthy competition to see what someone else does well and emulate it. We always support each other and give words of encouragement. It's a benefit for the National Team and helps us play matches with the best assurance."

Penalties: "It's a factor that can arise, and we work on it. Having confidence in taking penalties is important. We have a lot of experience in that, reliable shooters, and three great goalkeepers."

Damaris: "I haven't spoken to her, but in the dressing room, yes, because they coincided with her in the youth categories. I wish her luck, but I hope for the qualification is for Spain."

Jill Roord: "She's a very good player with a great shot. They also have Martens and possess great individual talents."
