Ancelotti wins his 11th trophy as Real Madrid manager

After winning the Spanish Super Cup as Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti has now won 11 titles for the team white, making him the joint second most successful coach in the club's history, alongside Zinedine Zidane.

Having tasted Spanish Super Cup once again for Real Madrid, Carlo Ancelotti added to his trophy tally for the team from the Spanish capital, moving up to 11 titles with the club, moving level with the illustrious  Zinedine Zidane in second place and just three behind Miguel Muñoz, who won 14 trophies.

The coach, who admitted after the match that he was "on cloud nine" after the 4-1 win over FC Barcelona in the final of the tournament, has won the following titles as Real Madrid coach:

  • 2 UEFA Champions League (2013-14 and 2021-22).
  • 2 FIFA Club World Cups (2014 and 2022)
  • 2 UEFA Super Cups (2014 and 2022)
  • 2 Spanish Super Cups (2022 and 2024)
  • 2 Spanish King's Cups (2013-14 and 2023)
  • 1 National First Division Championship (2022-23)
