Pedro Rocha, president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation Management Committee, presented the commemorative pendants to the recently capped internationals to mark their debuts for Spain in the run-up to Sunday's match against Georgia in Valladolid. Aleix García, Rodrigo Riquelme and Alejandro Grimaldo received the distinction after their debuts with the national team last Thursday in Cyprus.
In addition, Gavi has also received an award for reaching 25 caps. The young Andalusian player made his debut in October 2021 at the age of just 17 in the semi-finals of the UEFA Nations League that year and has been breaking records ever since.
