Cubarsí Joins Spain’s Training Session
On a morning when the wind and cold only gave the squad a brief respite in Las Rozas, the Spanish national team held its official pre-match training session ahead of the Denmark vs Spain match, the fifth match-day in the UEFA Nations League.
In a session open to the media for the first fifteen minutes, Luis de la Fuente’s squad put finishing touches to their preparations for the clash against the Nordic side. Pau Cubarsí was the standout player in the session, joining squad after Pau Torres was ruled out through injury.
This afternoon, around 16:00 (Spanish peninsular time), the national team will depart for Copenhagen for the penultimate match of the Nations League group stage. Upon arrival, the head coach and Dani Olmo will head to the stadium to face the media at the pre-match press conference.
