Dani Carvajal: "The dressing room is focused on the game against Georgia, which is crucial."

The Spanish National Team player reiterated his congratulations to the world champions and his defense of constitutional rights, saying, "We stand for the values of sports."

"I live each training camp to the fullest, trying to enjoy every moment because it could be the last one." With that spirit of giving his all for the Spanish jersey, Dani Carvajal is enjoying a new experience with the national team after winning the UEFA Nations League in his previous appearance with the team.

The Leganés-born player appeared in a press conference on Wednesday hours before the entire group traveled to Georgia to play a game that Dani considers crucial, just like all his teammates in the dressing room.

"We have to give our best version and show it on the field," Carvajal pointed out, not avoiding other current topics regarding the national team.

The defender reiterated his congratulations to the women's team for winning the World Cup, while also emphasizing "the defense of the presumption of innocence in this country, which is a constitutionally recognized right. That's why we issued a statement upon our arrival here with the best intention to focus on football and avoid distraction."

"We know what it means to represent this crest," Carvajal continued, eager, like his teammates, "to defend the values of sports and ensure that they are reflected in Spanish football."

The defense of the work of captain Álvaro Morata, "who has great leadership skills," and coach Luis de la Fuente also took up part of the full-back's intervention ahead of Friday's qualifying match in Tbilisi. "We're fully behind the coach and his ideas," he concluded emphatically.
