Ferran Torres, MOTM in the grand final

The magical night for Barcelona at La Cartuja in Seville produced, among many others, one standout performance: that of Ferran Torres.

Through sheer determination, the Valencian emerged as the focal point of attack for the Catalans, rescuing his team when the scoreline was looking bleak and time running out. After a spectacular pass from Lamine Yamal in the 84th minute, the Barcelona number 7 capitalised on a moment of indecision in the Madrid defence to round Courtois, slot the ball home and force extra time.


His decisive goal was the perfect crowning moment for an individual performance well worthy of the man of the match award, which was presented to him by Iza Restom, Marketing Director of Adidas Iberia.

This is his second Copa del Rey victory (18/19, Valencia CF; 24/25, FC Barcelona)
