First Spain men’s’ training session open to the public

The men’s national team is due to train in Las Rozas on Saturday 1 June at 7 p.m.

This Saturday, 1 June, from 19:00, the national team will hold its first training session in preparation for the European Championships in Germany. The internationals called up by Luis de la Fuente will train on Pitch A at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas and all fans will be able to enjoy this session as the session will be open to the public and the media. Admission will be free until full capacity has been reached.

Spain are already thinking about this summer's showpiece event, full of enthusiasm and with a common goal in their hearts and minds: to win the fourth European Championships in the history of Spanish football. The national team is well aware of the demands of the competition and go straight in at the deep end with high-level matches right from the start. Croatia (15 June), Italy (20 June) and Albania (24 June) will be their opponents in the group phase.

Before leaving for Germany, the national team are all set to play two friendly matches. The first will be on Wednesday 5 June in Badajoz against Andorra and the second warm-up match is on 8th, in Palma de Mallorca, where they play Northern Ireland. On the 9th they will board the plane to Germany and on the 10th they will start their on site preparations from their base camp in Germany.
