First training session in Los Ángeles de San Rafael

The Spain squad combined work in the gym with ball drills out on the pitch in their first session in which they tried out the Île-De-Foot 24 Pro, the official Adidas match ball for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

After meeting up yesterday afternoon, the team held their first training session this Monday morning at the Ciudad Deportiva Los Ángeles de San Rafael.

The players first did some exercises in the gym and then headed out to the pitch to do ball drills with the new Île-De-Foot 24 Pro, the official Adidas ball for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

With this first training session complete, the Spanish national team kicked off its preparations for what will be their first Olympic Games for our women's national team. In addition, the players coached by Montse Tomé face their last two qualifiers for the Switzerland 2025 European Championships, in which they face the Czech Republic (Friday 12 July in Chomutov) and Belgium (Tuesday 16 July in the Riazor Stadium).

Tomorrow, the players will take part in another national team training session.
