The official Royal Spanish Football Federation channels are providing comprehensive coverage of the Real Madrid and Barcelona press conferences and pre-match training sessions.

On the eve of the final in Riyadh, the Spanish Super Cup 2024 will provide us with a number of events this Saturday in the build up to tomorrow’s match, all of which can be followed live on the RFEF's official channels, including this website rfef.es.

In the morning, it will be the turn of both teams’ coaches. Carlo Ancelotti (10:00 am, Spanish peninsular time) and Xavi Hernández (10:45 am) will address the media from the Al-Awwal Park stadium press room, the venue for the final. Both appearances will be broadcast live. 

There will also be the traditional meeting between the two coaches for the official photo with the Super Cup trophy on the pitch where the match will be played. 

The event will also feature the members of the refereeing team appointed for the final. Juan Martínez Munuera (head referee) and César Soto Grado (VAR) will share their thoughts on the match with the press at 11:15 am.

Afternoon press conferences and training sessions

In the afternoon, you can follow both teams’ players' press conferences and the start of their official pre-match training sessions, which will take place at the Al Nassr sports training facilities.

First up, it will be Real Madrid CF's turn. One of their players will appear at 15:15, and it will be at 16:00 when the training session of the team in white gets going.

At 5.15pm, FC Barcelona player Sergi Roberto will address the media before the start of the training session at 6pm.

So it will be a Saturday full of media attention and preparations for both sides ahead of Sunday's final, in which Real Madrid and FC Barcelona will battle it out in Riyadh for the first title of 2024. The Catalans are seeking their 15th Super Cup, while Real Madrid are aiming for their 13th. Both are the two teams with the most trophies in the history of this competition.
