Trajectory: "I dreamed of this not too long ago. Without having had role models throughout my career, I've been opening doors to reach the elite. You work hard to have these opportunities, and now what we have to do is play football and enjoy ourselves."

Evolution: "There has been a change in mindset, understanding of the game, and experiences. There's a lot of work from many people behind this for us to be here today."

Focus: "There are no nerves, even though it's logical that some might come tomorrow. We're content, and we know that what has brought us here is focusing on the field. We're very clear about what's external, while what we have to do is focus on the game. We're grateful to be able to train in the stadium now to get to know its condition."

The English team: "We congratulated each other on reaching the final as teammates, but in the past few days, I haven't spoken to my club teammates because now we're rivals and we're going after them."

Balance: "This team is a team with a lot of people who have worked very well, and we've evolved with a very good combination of experience and youth."

"We've evolved with a very good combination of experience and youth."

Inspiration: "Most of us here grew up thinking that football wasn't our place. Over the years, conditions have been given to us, and we know that amateur football still doesn't have this. We hope that with this World Cup, they'll know that it's achievable."

Captain's armband: "It's a settled matter from the beginning. There are three captains, and there's no need to overthink it."

Unity: "I'm particularly thrilled by the following we have in Spain. Feeling that there's a change and that people support us is something that's also historic. It makes us happy on a sports level, but also because these changes in society are thanks to this."

Reasons: "Spain has always been a football country, but we felt that it wasn't our place. The generation before mine tried, they were determined, they paved the way, managed to attract investments, and the result now isn't a coincidence: thanks to the work of many people and the support of the RFEF to provide tools, it has been achieved."

Focused: "All that's generated around us as players takes away from us. We focus on the game, on trying to control our nerves, and on playing well."

Support: "For everyone who doesn't know us, I'm glad they're getting to know us. We hope to perform well and ask for support and opportunities from fans, institutions, and grassroots football clubs to give us the same chances. With opportunities, we can achieve very important things."
