The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has decided to extend the period of preferential sale, for members of Malaga CF, of tickets for the Spain - Norway match to be played at La Rosaleda on March 26. The club's members and season ticket holders will be able to purchase their tickets until 11:59 p.m. tomorrow, Thursday, March 2, in response to technical problems beyond the control of the RFEF, which have caused a slowdown in sales and excessive waiting times for those interested.

Specifically, what happened is due to an error in the seat allocation system (AVET) implemented for La Rosaleda by the technology provider of professional clubs. Its operation yesterday did not allow it to take advantage of all the sales capacity provided by the RFEF, which caused the sales process to slow down, generating long waits in the virtual queues. Although sales were not interrupted in any case, many people abandoned the process before purchasing their tickets.

The RFEF detected the problem just half an hour after the start of the sales, and began contacts with AVET, but did not obtain a fully satisfactory solution. Therefore, in addition to extending the preferential sale period, to try to alleviate the inconveniences generated, it has been decided to delay the sale to the general public to ensure that the technical process works as it should. A new date for ticket sales will be announced in the next few hours.
