Last training session before heading to Czech Republic

Spain will face the local team this Friday, at 18:00, in Chomutov.

The Spanish national team has been put through their paces for the last time on the Spanish soil of Pitch A of the Ciudad del Fútbol. Soon the squad are leaving for Chomutov, a city located in the region of Ústí nad Labem, in North Bohemia (Czech Republic).

The internationals were preparing, under the orders of Montse Tomé, for the match against the Czech team, which they play on Friday 12 July at 18:00 at the Letní Stadium (Chomutov).

After the first week during which the internationals trained in Los Ángeles de San Rafael (Segovia), the national team has been based in Madrid since last Monday, training for the last three days at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas. This Wednesday, the squad heads to the Czech Republic, specifically to Chomutov, some 80 kilometres northwest of Prague.

On Friday, Spain take on the local team with the firm intention of continuing their perfect qualifying campaign for EURO 2025 in Switzerland. Spain have won all their matches so far, leading Group A2 with 12 points to Denmark's six, Belgium's four and the Czechs' one point.

After the match at the Letní stadion, the travelling party is set to return to Spain to continue preparations for the clash against Belgium on Tuesday 16 at the Estadio Municipal de Riazor (La Coruña).
