Luis de la Fuente to announce his Spain squad next Friday in Valencia
Luis de la Fuente will announce his Spain squad next Friday, 14 March, from Valencia, ahead of Spain’s UEFA Nations League quarter-final clash against the Netherlands, which will be played over two legs. The national team manager is set to visit the areas most affected by last year’s storms, which hit the Valencia region hard, before revealing the players selected for Spain’s first two fixtures of the year.
The first leg is to take place in Rotterdam on Thursday, 20 March, while the return leg will be held in Valencia on Sunday, 23 March, at the Mestalla. Both matches will kick off at 20:45 CET.
Luis de la Fuente to hold press conference at 12:30 at the Mestalla
The players called up for the squad will be made public at 11:30 on the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF)’s official channels. Following this, at 12:30, the manager will address the media from the press room at the Mestalla.

Santi Denia will also reveal the Spain U21 squad on Friday, 14 March, for their two friendly matches this month to be played on Friday, 21 March (19:30 CET) vs. Czech Republic, in Lorca and Tuesday, 25 March (20:30 CET) vs. Germany, in Darmstadt.
