Luis de la Fuente started his pre-match press conference at the Parken Stadion by talking about the new Danish coach who will be in the match against the national team: ‘Our analysts are doing a great job looking into the new Denmark coach. We will try to impose our style and counter our opponents with our ideas.

Regarding Pau Cubarsi's inclusion, the national coach confirmed that ‘he was our first choice. We knew he was already in perfect condition, he has always been in our plans’.

When asked about Morata and Fabián, the Spanish coach confirmed that ‘the protocol is being followed with the striker’, but that ‘he is fine’ and that Fabián had ‘felt something’.

‘The Denmark game is a very important match, we want to finish top of the group. We want to win tomorrow, we're not thinking about the day after, we'll put out our best team. We want to cement our place at the top, we have no other thoughts.

On UEFA's announcement of the Final Four schedule, De la Fuente commented that ‘last year it was a similar situation’. ‘For us it is a luxury to have six or seven days to prepare for a game. We knew what the schedule was for the season and hopefully we can be in it’.

‘I am one of those who think there is always room for improvement, we have a margin (to improve). Objectively, it's difficult to do, but our intention is to win the two games we have left, to fight to be in the final four, as well as many other attractive and motivational challenges’, the coach reflected on Spain’s future.
