Coach Montse Tomé has called up the Arsenal player, while Irene Paredes (FC Barcelona) and Enith Salón (Valencia CF) will join the training camp to be assessed by the medical team.

Laia Codina will join the rest of her teammates next Monday at 11.00 a.m., at the training camp at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas.

Tomé decided to call up one more player in view of Irene Paredes' injury problems. Paredes is still part of the squad to see how her injury evolves. The same goes for Enith Salon, both of whom will be assessed by the RFEF medical team.

The national team, having won their first two UEFA Women's Nations League games, will take on Italy and Switzerland in the coming days. They will do so on 27 and 31 October in Salerno and Zurich respectively.
