Players and fans get together before kick-off

Joselu, Dani Olmo and Pedri shared the morning with the fans to will later on be cheering them on at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin during their opening match at the European Championships.

 

From Spain, Germany and the furthest corners of the Old Continent, Spanish fans will gather in their thousands this Saturday to watch the national team make their European Championship debut.

The fans will add colour and flavour to the opening match against Croatia at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin, but in the hours leading up to the match, the team's players took the time to thank their fans for their support.

Joselu Mato, Dani Olmo and Pedri González met with fans and supporters at the team's hotel to receive their support and spend some time with them just hours before the ball starts rolling for Spain at this summer's European Championships.

Autographs and selfies with their idols, as well as the time spent together, filled the fans with enormous energy and on Saturday afternoon they will be out in force cheering on the national team for their first vital match of the continental tournament.
