The Spanish National Team defeated Georgia 3-1 in the last match they play in 2023 (3-1)
The National Team will be seeded in the 2024 European Championships draw on 2 December in Hamburg (Germany). The Spanish national team beat Georgia at the Estadio José Zorrilla in Valladolid in front of 24,146 people in their eighth and final match of qualifying for the continental tournament next summer.
Luis de la Fuente's team had already qualified for the tournament, but they needed at least one more point to be confirmed as group winners and secure a position as one of the seeded teams and they rounded off their qualifying campaign in style.
With seven wins, 25 goals scored and only five conceded, Spain have played all their eight matches in Group A and bid farewell to international duty until March 2023.
