Rafael Louzán attends the ‘1st International RFEF Congress of Football Coaches’
The president of the RFEF stated that “we are entering a new stage in the RFEF in which we want everyone in the world of football to feel involved in what the RFEF organises, especially in the field of coaching”
No sooner had he landed back from Miami, where he attended the FIFA Summit, than Rafael Louzán took part in the ‘1st International Congress of Football Coaches RFEF’, where he thanked those who took part in the congress which “is a benchmark for what Spain represents, as a country, with the football its brand”. The event also saw the presence of UEFA and FIFA members.
The president of the RFEF also shared a few kind words for Juan Carlos Unzué, who received the ‘Platinum Award’ a few days ago in Barcelona and who, without a doubt, is an example of “bravery, effort and strength. He welcomed us wonderfully in his home and these are the kinds of things that will stay with you throughout your life.”
“We are entering a new stage in the RFEF in which we want everyone in the world of football to feel involved in what we do, especially in the field of coaching. For the first time, everyone is being listened to and in this stage everyone will be given opportunities, especially those who are normally on the outside. Spain is a cradle of football and futsal coaches, and at the RFEF we are listening to everyone, we want to hear what their concerns are. This new path we have embarked on together is going to be for the good of coaches all over. We are working for the good of Spanish football, whether they are in Spain or abroad, which is why we are making a great effort to provide solutions for everyone.”
At the congress, Rafael Louzán also spoke with Kris Van Der Haegen, UEFA representative and member of the Jira Panel.
