RFEF call for elections published

This Friday, on the official website of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), the call for elections to the Presidency was published, as agreed - in accordance with article 31.8 of the RFEF Statutes and the Management Committee meeting held last Wednesday, 3 April.

Now the call has been made official, therefore, the elections will take place from 5 April, and the election will be held on Monday 6 May.

From Sunday 7 April there will be a period of 5 calendar days for the presentation of candidacies, each of which must have a minimum of 15% of the Assembly's support. Thereafter, two days will be allowed for possible appeals to CAS, after which the field of candidacies will be confirmed.

The call for nominees is accompanied by required documentation, which can be consulted along with information on the whole process, on the website rfef.es/elecciones2024.
