Spanish football will convene for an extraordinary session of the General Assembly of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), the first since the election of Rafael Louzán as president for a term ending in 2028.

The RFEF General Assembly will address amendments to the federation’s Statutes to bring them in line with Good Governance and Transparency standards in sport, as well as approving the RFEF’s 2025 budget proposal, among other matters.

This initiative follows the commitments outlined in Rafael Louzán’s electoral programme for the RFEF elections, marking a new phase aimed at advancing transparency and good governance within the organisation.

The General Assembly is scheduled to take place in the Luis Aragonés Hall at the Ciudad del Fútbol on Monday, 10th February, at 12:30 PM. The event will be streamed live via the official channels of the Royal Spanish Football Federation.
