However, as is customary, the match was preceded, on Friday night, by the dinner and institutional event that brought together the representatives of all the main players in Seville in what is a great annual celebration of Spanish football.

The President of the RFEF's Management Committee, Rafael del Amo, hosted the event, during which he presented, in this order, a plaque commemorating the meeting to the Secretary General for Sport of the Andalusian Regional Government, José María Arrabal; the Deputy General of Vizcaya, Elixabete Etxanobe; the Mayor of Palma, Jaime Martínez, the Mayor of Palma, Jaime Martínez, and the Mayor of Palma, Jaime Martínez; the Mayor of Palma, Jaime Martínez Llabrés; the Minister of Culture and Linguistic Policy of the Basque Government, Bingen Zupiria; the President of the Government of the Balearic Islands, Margalida Prohens; the President of the RFAF Management Commission, José Manuel Molina Maza, as well as the heads of the two finalist clubs, Jon Uriarte and Andrew Scott Kohlberg.
