Salma aims for a poker

The Spanish player could complete an unmatched list of achievements this Sunday with four major titles in international tournaments

European U-17 Championship in Lithuania in 2018, the same year's U-17 World Cup in Uruguay, U-20 World Cup in Costa Rica in 2022, and just this week, the FIFA World Cup.

It's the magical poker of titles with Spain that 19-year-old Salma Paralluelo aspires to achieve on Sunday at the Stadium Australia in Sydney.

After being chosen as the best player of the match in the quarter-final against the Netherlands and in the semifinal against Sweden, the Aragonese player is in excellent form, high spirits, and confidence to complete the feat in the final.

However, as she and the coach acknowledge, Salma's potential for improvement is still vast due to her young age and her eagerness to give her all in every match and training session, always eager to learn from her teammates and explore the boundaries of her abilities: "It's about making history, and that's what we're here for," the Spanish international asserts firmly.
