She is the youngest among the 23 players called up for the World Cup, although she arrives with the distinction of having conquered the football world in the U17 and U20 categories. Salma Celeste Paralluelo held her first press conference in New Zealand on Tuesday, emphasizing that she has experienced this entire journey "enjoying it immensely because I am here, and that means the path has been progressing and it is a great pride."

At 19 years old, the winger has scored in the last two preparation matches with Spain and eagerly awaits the World Cup after "a very good year in terms of titles and personal achievements."

Despite her successes, Salma remains humble and eager to continue learning in this great competition because "I have a lot of things to improve, I am still very young, and I lack that experience on the field, in terms of decision making. I have to keep working."

During the press conference with her teammate Aitana Bonmatí, she analyzed the excellent form of the national team, which is only three days away from making their debut in this highly anticipated World Cup.
