Souvenirs and good wishes exchanged at the Spain-Canada pre-match event.

On Friday 25 October, the Spanish and Canadians go up against each other in Almendralejo, Badajoz, Spain. Before the matched kicked off, the Francisco de la Hera stadium was looking its finest for the traditional ceremonial ceremony.

The president of the RFEF Management Committee, María de los Ángeles García Chaves, hosted the event, during which she presented a plaque to the Mayor of Almendralejo, José María Ramírez Morán; the Secretary General for Equality and Reconciliation, María del Ara Sánchez Vera; the manager of CD Extramedura SA, Julio Rodríguez Vidigal; the director of Canadian Operations, Daniel Michelucci; and the president of the Extremadura Football Federation, Sergio Merchán. 

A group photograph brought the cordial event to a close prior to an exciting duel between two teams that play for the fourth time in their history.
