Spain aiming for their second goal of this first 2024 international window
The world champions flew back to the Spanish capital at around 1pm from Seville, having the night before qualified for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games in La Cartuja. As soon as the players arrived at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas, they dropped their bags off and headed for the gym. With no time to lose, Montse Tomé's players are already looking towards their next objective: winning the UEFA Women's Nations League.
The Spanish national team beat the Netherlands 3-0 and will face France in the final of the tournament, which could be Spain's first trophy in 2024.
After the gym session, the players who did not take part in the semi-final, or were not in the starting line-up, took to the pitch on pitch C at the federation's headquarters to do some ball work.
