Spain arrive at the start line of their next challenge

The Spanish National Team went through their paces at the Den Dreef Stadion in Leuven (Belgium).

On an afternoon of contrasts between sun, wind and rain, the national team held its final training session before playing their first match in the qualifiers for Euro 2025. The 23 players travelling to Belgium for the match completed the session on the green surface of the Den Dreef Stadion, the venue for tomorrow's clash, Friday 5 April, at 20:45.

Belgium v Spain will be Montse Tomé's side's first match after winning the UEFA Women's Nations League and will kick off their bid to reach Switzerland in the summer of 2025.

The training session was preceded by a press conference with Montse Tomé and Mariona Caldentey. The first quarter of an hour of the players’ work was watched by the press who had travelled to Leuven and by those following on the Spanish national team’s official channels.
