Confirming the debut figures

The annual audience record achieved with this match is added to the great data revealed by a report made in relation to the first match of the Spanish national team in this World Cup. It refers to the one against Costa Rica, which ended with a historic 7-0 win in favour of Luis Enrique's national team. It also generated more than 10,600 online news and 9.6 million interactions on social networks.

All these inputs make clear the appeal of the Spanish national football team, both inside and outside our borders, from the very first stages of this World Cup, which has just begun.
